Description
Installation for argon - arc welding of UDGU-251 AC/DC is intended as for argonodugovy welding (TIG) on direct (DC) and alternating current (EXPERT) by not melting electrode of products from all types of metals and alloys, and for manual arc welding by the covered electrodes (MMA) on direct and alternating current.
Installation for argon - arc welding of UDGU-251 AC/DC has the following design features:
- Contactless ignition of an arch in the TIG mode on an alternating and direct current;
- Smooth adjustment of welding current;
- Adjustment of initial current of welding;
- Adjustment of an optimum ratio of the clearing and melting ability;
- Adjustment of duration of "crater tea leaves" and a gas purge after welding;
- Possibility of connection of the remote control of management of welding parameters;
- The continuous and pulsing welding mode at connection of the panel of the pulsing welding of PPS-01;
- Smooth adjustment of current of an impulse, current of a pause and the period of impulses by means of the remote control of the pulsing welding;
- Existence of the platform for installation of a cylinder with protective gas;
- Existence of thermoprotection against an overload;
- Class of isolation of N in accordance with GOST 8865-70;
- Quick disconnect, safe current sockets;
- Existence of the platform under the working tool of the welder and the ZIP.
